Costs & Operations

The production facility can be provided at no cost for the organiser as the technology and personnel costs can be entirely underwritten by sponsorship or the content and advertising revenue generated. The price for each production slot will be variable according to the schedule and the visibility of the recording. We will also provide discounted VIP slots for sponsors.


Other financial models can include:

  • Headline or main sponsor to cover the costs in a “Brought to you by (Sponsor)”
  • Exhibition organisers can cover the costs as a value-add to the exhibitors


In these cases, costs are approximately €15,000 per show day plus a set-up day.

The facility (studio and editing) is ideally placed on the main floor in an exhibitor booth to provide the immediate visibility of the action, or in a non-exhibitor (back-stage) area. The TV studio and the technical space require approx ± 18 sq./m. An additional green room area is also required. 

We suggest producing video interview slots of approximately 5-minutes with a rotation of 6 production slots per hour in 6-8 hours per day.


After the interview, the exhibitor can elect to receive a file transfer link with their full video file, ready to post online or to play on a laptop or screen in their own booth. The library of interviews will also be available for the organiser as professional marketing content to be posted on their digital platforms.
